Despite constant efforts to provide our visitors and buyers with the most updated information, our items may sometimes be priced incorrectly.  In the event a product is advertised with erroneous information such as, but not limited to incorrect prices, functionalities, promotion or pictures shown either due to typographical, photographical, technical or pricing errors received from our suppliers, Keepbuy.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products

Order Limitation and Refusal Rights
Please not that due to speedy turnover of certain popular items and availability of limited stock, Keepbuy.com may, at times, have a right to limit the number of merchandise that you intend to or have already purchased. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you the different options available at that time.  We promise our highly valued customers that we will give put in our maximum efforts to comply with your requested order. However, in all circumstances, Keepbuy.com reserves the right to refuse any order placed.  Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated at the earliest.

Return Policy
Items, once sold, cannot be returned or exchanged except when they are defective.  In the case of receiving defective products, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product along with all accessories and documentation in its original packaging.  Keepbuy.com is not responsible for damage caused during shipping.  In the event of such return, Keepbuy will replace the product with another unit of the same product.  Only in the case Keepbuy does not have the stock will refund be provided.  Game CDs and discs cannot be returned unless the disc is in its original sealed condition.
